The Barking Dog Alarm uses non-harmful microwave radar technology to detect movement and trigger selected alert sounds. It can detect motion through many common building materials including wood, drywall, brick, cement, stucco, and glass. It may not perform effectively through metal walls, walls containing metal studs, heavily tinted glass, or exceptionally thick barriers. The realistic barking dog mode is designed to create the impression of an occupied property with a protective dog, helping increase security awareness and discourage unauthorized entry.
