5. Shipping Restrictions & Order Control

Customers purchasing for:

  • Resale
  • Distribution
  • Organizational or government use

are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring downstream compliance
  • Verifying legal use by end users

BGI assumes no responsibility for third-party misuse.

12. Changes in Law

BGI is not responsible for:

  • Changes in legality after purchase
  • Restrictions imposed after delivery
  • Customer inability to use or retain products due to legal changes

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGI shall not be liable for:

  • Misuse or unlawful use of products
  • Regulatory penalties, fines, or legal consequences
  • Product seizure or enforcement actions

All products are sold strictly for lawful use.

where legal, regulatory, or risk concerns are identified.

Compliance takes precedence over transaction completion.
