Self-Defense Product use Policy

1. PURPOSE

This Self-Defense Product Use Statement (“Statement”) establishes the standards, legal considerations, and responsible use expectations for all self-defense products sold or distributed by Blackwell Group Inc. (“BGI,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Statement is provided for informational and risk-awareness purposes only and must be read in conjunction with all applicable BGI policies and manufacturer instructions.

2. NO PROFESSIONAL OR LEGAL ADVICE

All information provided by BGI, including this Statement:

  • Is for general informational purposes only
  • Does not constitute legal advice, tactical instruction, or professional training
  • Does not replace applicable laws, regulations, or certified training programs

3. INTENDED USE

By purchasing, possessing, or using any self-defense product, the user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for:

  • Proper handling, storage, and maintenance of the product
  • Preventing access by unauthorized individuals, including minors

6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT

BGI does not provide certification or formal training services.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing or using any product sold by BGI, the user:

  • Acknowledges the inherent risks associated with self-defense tools
  • Accepts full responsibility for safe and lawful use
  • Assumes all risks arising from handling, storage, or deployment

9. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

BGI makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Outcomes resulting from product use

Use of any product does not guarantee personal safety or security.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGI shall not be liable for:

  • Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or safety guidelines
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All products are used at the sole risk of the user.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Deny service
  • Restrict access

where legal, regulatory, or misuse risks are identified.
