Shipping, Processing & Order Fulfillment Policy

1. PURPOSE
This Shipping, Processing & Order Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) governs the processing, handling, shipment, delivery, and fulfillment of all orders placed with Blackwell Group Inc. (“BGI,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
BGI operates as a distributed fulfillment and reseller network, utilizing authorized U.S.-based suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers.
2. DISTRIBUTED FULFILLMENT MODEL
BGI does not maintain centralized inventory for all products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Products may be fulfilled from multiple supplier locations
- Inventory availability is dependent on third-party suppliers
- Fulfillment timelines may vary based on supplier operations
BGI makes no guarantee of uniform fulfillment origin or timing.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & VERIFICATION
All orders are subject to processing and verification prior to shipment.
Processing includes:
- Payment authorization
- Fraud and risk screening
- Inventory confirmation
- Routing to supplier or fulfillment partner
Estimated Processing Times:
- Standard Orders: 1–3 business days
- High-Volume Periods: 3–5 business days
- Bulk / Custom Orders: Variable (as quoted or agreed)
Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
BGI reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel orders for verification purposes.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping timelines begin after order processing is complete.
Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
- Bulk / Freight Orders: As determined during procurement or RFQ
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS
BGI utilizes third-party shipping providers, including but not limited to:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Authorized freight and logistics carriers
Carrier selection is determined at BGI’s discretion based on:
- Product type
- Delivery destination
- Operational efficiency
6. SHIPPING RATES & COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
- Supplier fulfillment location
BGI may offer:
- Flat-rate shipping
- Promotional shipping thresholds
- Carrier-calculated rates
All applicable fees are disclosed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
7. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled separately.
You acknowledge that:
- Items may ship from different locations
- Multiple tracking numbers may be issued
- Delivery dates may vary by item
BGI is not required to consolidate shipments.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
BGI is not liable for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Misrouted or undeliverable shipments
Orders returned due to address errors may:
- Incur additional shipping charges
- Be subject to restocking or handling fees
9. RESTRICTED SHIPPING & COMPLIANCE
Certain products are subject to jurisdictional restrictions.
BGI reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders based on compliance concerns
- Restrict shipment to certain states, regions, or jurisdictions
- Require additional verification prior to shipment
Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable restrictions prior to purchase.
10. ORDER VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
BGI reserves the right to:
- Delay or hold orders pending verification
- Request identity or payment validation
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
Orders will not be fulfilled until verification requirements are satisfied.
11. BULK, COMMERCIAL & GOVERNMENT FULFILLMENT
Bulk, commercial, and government orders may:
- Require extended processing timelines
- Be subject to supplier lead times
- Be fulfilled via freight or specialized logistics
Shipping terms, timelines, and delivery obligations will be defined in:
- RFQ responses
- Purchase agreements
- Contract documentation
12. TRANSFER OF RISK & TITLE
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon:
- Delivery to the shipping carrier, or
- Shipment from the fulfillment facility
BGI is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after transfer to the carrier.
13. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier:
- BGI’s responsibility is considered fulfilled
BGI is not liable for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Delivery disputes with carriers
- Theft or unauthorized receipt
Customers must contact the carrier directly for resolution.
14. CARRIER DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
BGI is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain interruptions
- Government actions or restrictions
- Events beyond BGI’s control
Such events shall not constitute breach of obligation.
15. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
For international orders:
- Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply
- Customs processing may delay delivery
- Regulations vary by destination country
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Import compliance
- Payment of duties and taxes
- Legal eligibility to receive products
16. ORDER INTERCEPTION & REGULATORY ACTION
If a shipment is:
- Seized
- Returned
- Denied entry
due to legal or regulatory restrictions:
- The customer assumes full responsibility
- Shipping and handling fees may not be refunded
- Additional fees may apply
BGI is not liable for enforcement actions taken by authorities.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGI shall not be liable for:
- Shipping delays or disruptions
- Carrier-related issues
- Delivery failures beyond its control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
All shipping services are provided through third-party carriers on an “as-is” basis.
18. COMPLIANCE-FIRST OPERATING STANDARD
BGI operates under a compliance-first framework.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse shipment
- Cancel orders
- Restrict delivery
where legal, regulatory, or risk concerns are identified.
19. POLICY UPDATES
BGI reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
